Grandma's House is closer to Our House

Well, we put the offer in for Grandma's house, did our due diligence (a general inspection and a stucco inspection), and sent the sellers our addendum to address concerns. They accepted the offer (after some negotiation) and accepted our addendum, so we are a few steps closer to owning the house. The next step is securing the loan, which is currently in process with SunTrust.
